2010 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor titled as 2009 Truck of Texas
2010 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor took the title "2009 Truck of Texas". This is the 7th consecutive award for Ford. A jury of more than 40 Texas Auto Writers Association (TAWA) members tested the F-150 SVT Raptor and named it for 2009 Truck of Texas. Ford trucks also won "Truck Line of Texas", which is recognition for the best-selling F-Series lineup.
The new 2010 Ford F150 SVT Raptor is slightly different than the previous models. There are some new technologies built-in the truck, among them is Internal triple-bypass shocks by FOX Racing Shox, which provide nice and smooth ride on the public roads and good off-road behaviour, when it is needed. The truck is equipped with BFGoodrich® TA/KO 315/70-17 tires to maintain the traction at all terrains.
The F-150 SVT Raptor is powered by 5.4 liter SOHC V8 engine delivering 320hp and 528Nm of torque. The new 6.2 liter V8 will be available to order in early 2010. There are almost 3,000 orders for the new 2010 F-150, which shows high anticipation from the customers.
