Qt launches the 2010 Wildcat 300STR
Qt Services has announced officially the market launch of the all-new Wildcat 300STR, a ultra-powerful, tough and robust road-legal off-road ride aimed at enthusiasts. The "hot", upgraded version of the car benefits from wide variety of new features, starring the all-new 4.0-litre Jaguar V8 powerplant, which possess a significant power increase and a much wider and flatter torque curve.
Benefiting from chassis and suspension units derived from the bigger Wildcat models that compete in events such as the renowned Dakar Rally, the vigor Wildcat 300STR is capable of offering the petrolheads 3-figure speeds over a completely virgin terrain. Its zero to 100 km/h acceleration sprint lasts only 5.8 seconds and thanks to the newly developed 60mm Donerre lithium fast rebound dampers, the off-roader strikes with vastly improved traction and control.
Furthermore, the Qt Services Wildcat 300STR spotlights a fully welded tubular chassis, 4-wheel drive, 5-point harnesses, heavy duty differentials and drive-shafts. Features such as air conditioning, bluetooth, iPod dock and stereo hi-fi are also standard on the new model.
Qt Services boss, Dave Marsh, comments: "If you consider that the 300STR is essentially a two-seater, there are a number of options open to you and this first production 300STR has been specified with rear storage for the new owner's golf clubs. We'd love to be there when he rocks up to the clubhouse and parks it next to the Astons and Mercedes! Definitely a head-turner."
