Infiniti shows its 2011 QX56 high-end SUV
At a press conference at the New York Auto fair 2010, Infiniti, the luxury car division of Japanese automaker Nissan has unwrapped its latest addition - the 2011 Infiniti QX high-end SUV. Engineered to please its customers with real five-stars driving experience and remarkable styling, the brand-new, second-generation QX will celebrate its market launch this summer. The exclusive full-size SUV will have the same price tags as the 2010 QX - $56,700 USD for the QX56 2WD and $59,800 USD for the QX56 4WD model.

The 2011 Infiniti QX stands out with bold and vigor design blended with dynamism and luxury. Capable of carrying eight passengers and their luggage with spacious comfort, the premium ride is standard fitted with huge variety of interior features including Infiniti Hard Drive Navigation System, Around View Monitor, Bose 2-channel, 13-speaker Premium Audio System, perforated semi-aniline leather seating and DVD entertainment unit with dual 7-inch color monitors, which allows different sources to be played at the same time.
For powering the big vehicle, Infiniti mounts a 5.6-liters V8 powerplant with 400 horsepower, which is mated to a revised 7-speed automatic transmission and further packs VVEL (Variable Valve Event & Lift) and Direct Injection Gasoline (DIG) systems.
