Volkswagen has announced the Amarok Canyon Special Edition available for the UK market. It is priced from £28,990 (excluding VAT) and comes with some nice upgrades. The production will be limited to just 350 units based on the Trendline trim level.

The Amarok Canyon comes with additional equipment worth £8,500. It includes 19" Cantera alloy wheels, bespoke styling bars along with a wide range of interior upgrades such as a 6" color touchscreen, heated leather seats, front/rear parking sensors, Bluetooth and a privacy glass.

Other highlights include a matte black roll cover, different floor mats and load area protective coating.

2014 Volkswagen Amarok Canyon Special Edition is powered by a 2.0 liter BiTDI – 180HP (132 kW) and 420Nm (310 lb-ft). It is connected to a 6-speed manual or an 8-speed automatic transmission with selectable 4MOTION or permanent 4MOTION, respectively.

All units will be available in three exterior paint schemes: Copper Orange, Deep Black and Reflex Silver.
