Aston Martin Virage
Aston Martin has released the first video footage of its astonishining 2011 Aston Martin Virage Volante. Premiered at the recently finished Geneva Motor Show, the sleek-shaped, all-new Virage sits between the Aston Martin's DB9 model and the flagship DBS.
Benefits the England premium automaker's VH (Vertical/Horizontal) architecture with strong yet light body, the sexy Virage Volante has single Bi-Xenon headlamps with built-in LED units and direction indicators, as well as LED tail lights and side repeaters.
In the terms of performance, the new Virage draws its power by a 6.0-liters V12 front mid-mounted plant with 490 horsepower (365 kW) and 570 Nm (420 lb-ft) of peak torque. Linked to Aston's state-of-the-art Touchtronic 2 six speed automatic gearbox with electronic shift by wire system, the 2011 Virage Volante estimates time of 4.6 seconds flat for the zero to 100 km/h classic acceleration sprint, on its way to a V-max of 299 km/h.
2011 Virage coupe and Volante are already available on the market, via the brand's global dealership network with 132 dealerships in 41 countries.
