BMW Performance parts for X6 available on the US market
BMW has exclusively announced that from this month, the owners of X6 Sports Activity Coupe across the US will have the unique opportunity to enhance the performance and look of its rides via an exceptional range of official ‘performance' parts. Engineered by BMW Performance, the range of additional components include: power kits, aerodynamics elements, lightweight alloys, as well as a flat-bottom Sport steering wheel.
In the terms of power, performance kits are available for all, 2008-2010 X6 xDrive35i and X6 xDrive50i models. Fitted on the X6 xDrive35i, the power upgrade adds 20 horsepower and 32 lb-ft of torque to the stock 300 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of maximum torque. On the X6 xDrive50i, more 40 horsepower and 30 lb-ft of torque are available to the factory 400 horsepower and 450 lb-ft of max torque.
On styling and aerodynamic level, the BMW Performance's all-new components range include: redesigned front and rear bumper covers, side skirts, rear bumper insert, rear fins and rear deck spoiler. In addition to these newly shaped, high-end elements, a set of 21-inch lightweight alloys is ready to lend more sporty and sophisticated look to all X6 model, including X6 M and ActiveHybrid X6.
