Carlsson has announced their latest project based on the all-new 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class.

The exterior comes with an aerodynamics package including a new front bumper featuring larger air intakes and an "RS" front lip spoiler. There are also a set of revised side skirts, a new rear bumper and diffuser housing a 4-tailpipe sports exhaust system. The big saloon rides wheels in sizes ranging from 19" to 21". The Carlsson C-tronic suspension lowering kit for vehicles with Airmatic and Magic Body Control will be available shortly.

The interior boasts fine leather and wood, state-of-the-art high-tech infotainment equipment such as HD TV screens, an audiophile grade REVOX Sound system, and business tools like a Wi-Fi hotspot can be seamlessly integrated into the plush cabin. Even a fridge or a Humidor can be fitted to make you feel more at home. Carlsson are also used to fitting made to measure Merino Sheepskin floor mats to customer cars. Colour matched to the vehicle's interior these mats are available either as a set of four, or for the front foot wells only.

Carlsson offers performance packages for the 4.7 liter twin-turbo V8 (S500), which can be boosted to 610HP (448 kW) and 900Nm (663 lb-ft) – an increase of 154HP and 200Nm. The 5.5 liter twin-turboV8 (S63 AMG) is able to develop 780HP (573 kW) and 1,050Nm (774 lb-ft) – an increase of 195HP and 150Nm
