The first factory-built Karma PHEV comes to Paris 2010
Fisker Automotive, the guys responsible for the extremely athletic and elegant, premium plug-in hybrid Fisker Karma has announced that its first factory-built model is about to make its official public premiere at the upcoming 2010 Paris Motor Show.
Already famous for its staggering performance, superior comfort and unparalleled sustainability, the Fisker Karma plug-in hybrid is an exotic-styled, four-door vehicle designed by the company's co-founder, CEO and executive design director Henrik Fisker.
Thanks to its stunning powertrain technology, the Karma model estimates better efficiency and lower emissions than today's best hybrids. It delivers 403 horsepower (300 kW) and sprints from zero to 100 km/h in only 5.9 seconds. Its Vmax tops 200 km/h, while delivering average economy of 2.4L/100 km (100 mpg) and emissions of just 83g/km.
