2011 Volvo S60 goes individual with HEICO
HEICO SPORTIV, the official Volvo aftermarket expert has just released a new program dedicated to the recently debuted 2011 Volvo S60. Improving its driving experience and visual appeal, the new HEICO enhancement pack features the right ingredients to stimulate all fans senses.
On the outside, HEICO's "S60 menu" boasts a newly shaped two-part front spoiler and a sporty rear skirt in diffuser style that enfolds flawlessly the left and right oval end-pipes of the special quad exhaust unit. Both, the front spoiler and the rear skirt are made of high-end PUR-R-RIM material, which qualities include low-weight and great flexibility figures.
HEICO SPORTIV General Manager, Holger Hedtke, shares: "We've given the Volvo S60 the expressiveness which potential owners of such a dynamic vehicle crave for."
On performance level, the 4-wheel drive Volvo S60 T6's output is boosted to the staggering 325 horsepower (243 kW) and 460 Nm of maximum torque. Achieved through an ECU remap, the new engine figures allows the top-of-the-range model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.8 seconds (series version: 6.5 seconds) and reach a V-max of 250 km/h (electronically capped). Tuning programs for the T3, T4 and T5 powerplant variants are already under development.
Scheduled for market launch on September 18th, 2010, the HEICO S60 further packs new sport springs, 18- to 20-inch VOLUTION sport wheels and aluminum interior add-ons (pedal set, footrest and gear shift knob).
