The UK devision of Honda has announced an exclusive limited edition Civic Type R MUGEN 200, which styling and technical features draws inspiration by the MUGEN Euro's high-performance Type R revealed in last year's October. As the vehicle's title suggests, only 200 units of the exclusive model will be manufactured.

In the terms of power, the limited super hatch from Honda will boast a potent 201 horsepower 2.0-litre i-VTEC engine. As standard features, the race-refined Civic Type R will also benefit from optimized MUGEN front and rear bumpers with skirts, astonishing 19-inch alloys in ‘Lightning' design, MUGEN rear badge, unique limited edition number plaque, limited slip differential, ‘Championship White' exterior paint and gloss black door mirrors. In addition to its sporty nature, the hot Type R will be offered with a range of tuning parts that further enhance the chassis dynamics.

The newcomer will be available for order in March 2010, but information on the price tag is still unavailable.
