Alpha Performance has announced their latest project based on the previous Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG. The name of the project is Alpha 9, because the power of the performance saloon is around 900HP.

The mighty E63 AMG is powered by a 5.5 liter bi-turbo V8 – 525HP (386 kW) and 700Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque. 0-100 km/h in 4.3 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) – electronically limited.

The Alpha 9 package boosts the engine to more than 850HP (634 kW) and 1218Nm (900 lb-ft) of torque. 0-100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, 0-160 km/h in 6.6 seconds and 100-210 km/h in 6.58 seconds. ¼ mile is covered in 10.7 seconds with terminal speed of 217 km/h (135 mph).

The Alpha 9 Performance package can be opted also for all models after 2012 - CL 63 AMG, CLS 63 AMG, GL 63 AMG, ML 63 AMG, SL 63 AMG and 2011 S 63 AMG.
