Nissan Micra ELLE Offers Stylish Looks
Nissan Micra ELLE is a joint project of Nissan and the world's best-selling fashion magazine ELLE. The result of this communion is this special version of one of the most popular urban cars – the Micra.
The newly developed car combines stylish looks and lots of equipment. Some of the special features include a panoramic glass roof, chromed accents to the lower part of the grille, chrome interior door handles, 15-inch titanium grey alloy wheels, fog lamps and a roof spoiler.
Furthermore, customers have the option to choose among three exterior trim colours: Shiraz Red, Alabaster White and Atlas Blue. New seat fabric covering has also been added to the interior improvements.
As an option, Nissan Connect integrated satellite navigation and infotainment system is available. Other specific details here are the discreet ELLE badges on the tailgate and front wings, front floor mats and front door guards.
In fact, the Micra ELLE is based on the mid-range Acenta model. As a standard equipment here is included an automatic air conditioning, Intelligent Key for keyless entry and push button start, electrically heated and folding door mirrors, along with a speed limiter and cruise control.
More importantly, this beauty is powered buy the 1.2-litre 80 hp (59 kW) normally aspirated three-cylinder petrol engine or the sophisticated 1.2 direct injection supercharged (DIG-S) petrol engine, which develops 98 hp (72 kW) but still produces just 99g/km of CO2.
In particular, the so called DIG-S engine develops 142 Nm (105 lb-ft) of torque and has an acceleration time from 0 to 100 km/h of 11.3 seconds. It also has a maximum speed of 112 mph and posts combined cycle fuel economy figures of up to 68.9mpg.
Furthermore, the new special model of Micra now offers the easies manoeuvring. For instance, it offers best-in-class turning circle, while its ‘Pure Drive' engine technology also brings better fuel economy.
Nissan Micra ELLE, will go on sale in the beginning of September priced from £12 000.
