It was about time for Range Rover to extend their range of vehicles on the market. The new production vehicle will be the the smallest, lightest and most efficient in the company's range. It will debut next year and join the Range Rover line-up in 2011.

The new Range Rover LRX will be targeted in the same market niche as the VW Tiguan, BMW X3, Mercedes GLK and Audi Q5 are pointed.
