2011 Volkswagen Touareg refined by JE DESIGN
Recently, Volkswagen has introduced the new Touareg and now JE Design present their tuning package for the vehicle. The tuning package from JE Design includes Widebody-kit, aluminium wheels and lowered suspension. Furthermore, the engine is optimised to match to the aggressive exterior.
The JE Design Widebody-Kit consists of with a new sports radiator grill, front spoiler, front and back wheel arch kit, rear apron insert, roof spoiler and rear hatch blend. It is priced at 4998 Euro including VAT. There are also new additional headlights. The exterior also features dual exhaust pipes for 595 Euro.
To complete the outside look, JE Design offers a set of aluminium wheels measuring 10Jx22" at the front and 12Jx22" at the rear. Additionally for 409 Euro the 30 millimetre wheel spacers on the front axel and 40 millimetres wheel spacers on the back axle ensure that the wheel housing is optimally completed. The rims can be finished in: shadow silver with a polished front surface, matte black with a matte silver front surface, graphite shiny silver with polished rim and matte graphite silver with polished rim. The price tag for the complete wheel package for 5190 Euro.
The ECU remap boosts the mighty 4.2-liter TDI-engine to 410hp, instead of the factory 340hp. The torque is now whopping 930Nm (800Nm from the factory). On the road this means 5.4 seconds (5.8) and top speed of 269kph (242). The price is 2999 Euro already includes a one year warranty for the engine, the turbo charger, the transmission and the power train and can be extended to two years for an additional 199 Euro.
To maintain the new power, JE Design offers the pneumatic electronic suspension lowering module will bring the SUV 35 mm lower to the ground for a price of 1428 Euro.
The complete JE DESIGN tuning package, including assembly, paint and TÜV- registration is available for 19 750 Euro.
