Vortech Supercharged Ford Mustang Ready For SEMA Show
The Team at Vortech Superchargers has created this very special Project Yellow Jacket Ford Mustang, which of course has been designed an prepared especially for the upcoming 2013 SEMA show in Las Vegas.
As a basis served the iconic Mustang model from the model year 2014. Additionally, the tuners also disclose that they wanted to create something really eye-popping with a mechanical package to match the appearance.
Therefore they have equipped this Ford with a 3D Carbon's Boy Racer kit, along with a carbon-fiber cowl induction hood and other carbon accents from TruFiber. All parts were finished in a custom paint delivered by DuPont.
Furthermore, under the carbon-fiber hood one can find the powerful 5.0-liter Coyote V8 engine, which was topped off with a Vortech V-3 Si supercharging system. It is capable of generating 605 horsepower (444 kW) and 640 Nm (473 lb.-ft.).
The other upgrades that were mentioned so far feature Webasto custom electronic sunroof, iForged Icon three-piece wheels in dimensions 20- x 9-inch for the front and 20- x 11-inch at the rear wrapped in Falken Azenis FK453 tires (275/40/20 front, 315/35/20 rear), custom powder-coated Maximum Motorsports Road and Track box suspension package, and Baer 6S six-piston brakes at all four corners.
