The tuning specialists from Lingenfelter boosted a fully built LS9 V8 with Eaton supercharger in a Chevrolet Camaro to the staggering 1243HP.
In order to do that, they almost completely reworked the engine - fully ported heads and loaded with titanium intake valves and hollow, sodium-filled exhaust valves. They also added a set of long-tube headers, a two-stage nitrous system and twin fuel pumps.

Ginetta has released first renderings of G55, which will be added to the GT lineup for the 2011 season. The new Ginetta GT Supercup will be sponsored by Michelin and features two Ginetta GT racers - the G55 and G50.
Ginetta G55 is powered by 3.7 liter engine provided by Ford with 370BHP (276 kW). The power plant is mated to a Hewland gearbox and fitted with cool air induction kit. The car also comes with new exhaust system and new body panels for better aerodynamics.

Because of the world economic crisis, all prices go up as well as the track fees for Nurburgring circuit in Germany.
A full lap around the track known as the Nordschleife for the new season will cost €24 ($32). The circuit has 170 curves and measures 25.378 km (15.77 miles) in distance. In other words, we have to pay €2 more for each lap.
The package prices will also go up - a 15-lap can will cost €310 ($415) and 25 laps are €470 ($629).
