Kubatech has announced their tuning program for the astonishing Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG.
The most powerful naturally aspirated V8 in the world is further optimized by installing an ECU re-map giving additional 54PS (40 kW) and 30Nm (22 lb-ft) of torque. The overall figures are 625PS (460 kW) and 650Nm (479 lb-ft).
Obviously, the 6.2 liter engine has a lot of resources for optimization.

Honda has revealed the CR-V Concept debut at the Orange County International Auto Show in Anaheim, California. The all-new generation CR-V will hit the market by the end of the year and will debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November.

Nissan has announced updated version of 1.6-litre petrol and 1.5-litre dCi turbodiesel models. Both engines now benefit of improved fuel efficiency thanks to revised gear ratios.
In other words, the 1.6-litre petrol variant now returns 47.1 mpg on the combined cycle, which is an improvement of 2.3mpg. The emissions have dropped to 139g/km of CO2, a reduction of 8g/km. This also reflects on taxes by putting the model in VED Band E.

Toyota has brought the sharp and remarkably athletic FT-86 II Concept in Frankfurt for the exhibition. The vehicle showcases the final design for the brand’s next production sports car. It is co-developed with Subaru, so we have to expect a lot, besides the staggering design.

Lamborghini has introduced two special Aventador LP700-4 cars at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. The first one is finished in White (Bianco Isis) and Black (Nero Nemesis).

With gull-wing door plates by LSD, the VW Scirocco (type 13) becomes a real head-turner. LSD offers the hinges as a complete set for both doors including hinges, cable set fitting materials and attachments for only 1549 Euro including VAT.
The plates are equipped with the new GRS (Guided Roller System). It offers an adjustment possibility with the roller guidance of the roller bearing integrated in the hinges. This results in more safety and more precise opening and closing of the door.

Citroen has announced rather strange car at the Frankfurt Motor Show, last week. The truck looks like it is coming from 2054, instead of 2011.
The gull-wing door is probably the most amazing part of Tubik, which also has a strange name… The vehicle is presented by a car-show girl with a space suit, headphones and a helm.
Inside, the vehicle has a lot of space, several seats and huge flat-screen monitor. Despite that, the colour theme is not so appropriate – purple, blue and some dark elements.

Cadillac Ciel Concept was also introduced at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. The staggering vehicle is inspired by Highway 1 in California.
Ciel Concept is powered by a twin-turbo 3.6 liter V6 with 431PS (317 kW) and 583Nm (430 lb-ft) of torque. The engine is coupled to a hybrid transmission powering an all-wheel-drive system.

Prior Design has introduced complete aerodynamics package for Ford Mustang before ‘09 models.
The body kit includes entirely new front bumper with large air intakes, a pair of modified side skirts and newly styled rear bumper. The package also includes all mounting materials and all parts have TÜV certificate.

Alfa Romeo 4C Concept was firstly introduced at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show and now the manufacturer has brought it in Frankfurt.
Actually, the model 4C will hit the US market somewhere in 2013, but Alfa Romeo didn’t release any further information.
The engine is the well-known 1750 TBi petrol engine delivering 200PS (147 kW). The vehicle also boasts extremely low weight of around 850kg, which means power-to-weight ratio lower than 4kg/hp.
