Volvo has just announced upgraded, 2012 model year versions of its Volvo V70, XC70 and S80 models, which now include number of new, high-tech features aimed at satisfying even the most exacting and fastidious buyers.
One of the highlights among the newly added features is the Volvo’s user-friendly Sensus infotainment system, which not only offers drivers safer and more comfortable driving experience, but also refined drivelines with higher performance and lower fuel consumption.

Heico Sportiv has introduced a styling package for Volvo XC90, which is one of our favourite SUVs. Volvo XC90 is getting older, but still catches the eye.

At the Volvo Art Session which took place last month at the Zurich main railway station, ten skilful street artists expressed their selves through their own amazing styles and a pretty unusual canvas of a snow-white Volvo S60.

Volvo has announced the new K-PAX S60 Race Car. It is designed to compete in the World Challenge GT Series.
It is based on Volvo S60, but this is the only thing that both cars have in common. The Race Car features an aggressive front fascia, a ventilated hood and a massive rear wing. There are also many other modifications to the power train and interior.

A lot of manufacturers offer hybrid cars and Volvo plans to introduce V60 Plug-in Hybrid to the Geneva Auto Show. The car is scheduled to hit the market in 2012, hopefully, before the end of the world.
The astonishing thing about V60 Hybrid is that the car is powered by diesel-electric system, instead of petrol-electric and the numbers are staggering - 1.9 liters per 100 km and CO2 emissions are below 50 g/km. Furthermore, it can run up to 50 km on electric power alone.

Volvo V60 gets tuned by Heico Sportiv, who will introduce their package for the car at the Essen Motor Show.
The body-kit includes an aggressive front spoiler and a revised rear skirt which can be outfitted with a carbon fiber or stainless steel insert. Furthermore, V60 can be fitted with a sport exhaust system, VOLUTION alloy wheels from 18" to 20", aluminum pedals, and custom leather upholstery.

Volvo announced that they are currently working on a 5-door C30 model, which will be released in late 2011 or early 2012 to compete against the dominator on the market - VW Golf.

Volvo V60 sports wagon is now available to order in the UK. The car is priced at £23 145 for the T3 ES Start/Stop model. There are four trim levels and with a wide choice of petrol or diesel engines. Volvo announced another vehicle from their ECO-range – C30 DRIVe Electric, which will be delivered to testers later this year.
The technical specifications only mention that the car is powered by electric motor supplied by a lithium-ion battery pack. The acceleration from 0 to 100km/h takes 10.5 seconds and the top speed is 130 km/h (81mph).
