2015 DTE-Systems BMW M235i features performance ECU and PedalBox, which both provide double joy for the BMW’s performance characteristics. DTE performance upgrade FSR14 adds 40hp, making it a total of 366 hp. The torque is now 520 Nm, which is 70 Nm in addition. Another new feature is a keypad system that allows the driver to choose from three different and customizable driving programmes. Three-colour LEDs indicate the chosen programme and service level. DTE’s PedalBox quickens the response time of the electronic throttle. Over 20 different settings ensure a suitable response from a standing start and in intermediate gear acceleration.
