The vehicle is offered for the first time without a rear-mounted spare wheel. It also includes subtle, stylish interior changes like the new leather seats, steering wheel, and chrome detailing. In boosting the convenience and comfort are helping the heated windscreen, mirrors and front seats, while the thicker sound deadening materials are reducing interior noise. Ride and handling are optimized via new suspension configuration, Electronic Stability Control and power steering systems. EcoSport is available with Ford’s 1.0-litre EcoBoost petrol engine as well as 1.5-litre petrol or 1.5-litre TDCi diesel units.
