2015 Morgan EV3 Concept is a three wheeler which is going to make official appearance at Goodwood Festival of Speed. These are the first three images, which were revealed. They clearly show that the car is all-electric and produces zero emissions. The EV3 is based on the standard Morgan 3 Wheeler that was reintroduced four years ago.
