JMS Tuning has unveiled their latest project based on the 2013 Mercedes-Benz A-Class W176. The German styling specialists fitted the hatchback with a lot of new elements and soon a performance kit will be available.
Outside, the tuned A-Class comes with a more aggressive front bumper with a new splitter, new side air intakes and a pair of new side skirts. The new front bumper is priced at just €289 and can be installed directly without any modifications. There is also a set of new wheels

Piecha Design has announced their tuning package for Mercedes-Benz A-Class AMG Line W176. The hatchback comes with a number of styling upgrades at decent price.
The exterior boasts splitters in graphite gray (€183), front - Cup – Wings (€440), a new rear diffuser (€714). There are also new exhaust tips with quad design (€572). Seen enough of JMS's minimalistic approach to aftermarket customization? Well, too bad. Here's a Mercedes-Benz W176 – or, in other words, the latest A-Class – with a slight visual upgrade.
JMS are calling it a kit but we are not so sure about that. It's just one piece really. A front lip spoiler with an “integrated central diffuser”. You can bolt and glue that thing on the stock bumper A-Class for just 289 Euros ($394). Oh, and it doesn't fit the AMG variants.

Ciceley Racing has announced the 2014 BTCC Mercedes-Benz A-Class Race Car, which is going to compete in Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship.
The Race Car is set to enter competition in March. It will be driven by former Ginetta GT Supercup Champion Adam Morgan.

Inden Design and Binz has announced their latest project based on 2013 Mercedes-Benz A-Class. The collaboration between the two companies resulted in two really special A-Class models - both coming with the optional AMG package.
The exterior boasts carbon fiber flap at the bottom front section, a carbon fiber side skirts, a new carbon fiber diffuser at the rear and quad exhaust setup borrowed from the C63 AMG Black Series.

Mercedes-Benz has announced several new engines for the A,B and CLA-Class. The model ranges are being extended with the addition of highly economical entry-level versions, another fuel-efficient BlueEFFICIENCY Edition model as well as 4MATIC all-wheel drive variants boasting high levels of traction.
The A and B-Class gain an entry-level 160 CDI model with 1.5 liter turbocharged diesel with 90HP (66 kW) and 220Nm (162 lb-ft). 0-100 km/h in 13.8 seconds and a top speed of 180 km/h (112 mph)

VATH has announced their tuning program for the new Mercedes-Benz A-Class. The project is based on the A250 and named VATH V250.
Vath V250 is powered by a 2.0 liter turbocharged petrol engine with 245HP (180 kW) and 390Nm (287 lb-ft) of torque. This is an increase of 34HP and 40Nm. 0-100 km/h in just 5.9 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). The performance package is priced at €940.

Mercedes-Benz Sport has just surprised the visitors of Geneva Motor Show with the revealing of the sport version of the A 180 model in polar silver with detachable body parts in Jupiter red. Mercedes-Benz is now adding two particularly fuel-efficient and eco-friendly BlueEFFICIENCY Edition models to the range: the 180 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY and the 180 BlueEFFICIENCY Edition petrol.
The fuel consumption of the BlueEFFICIENCY Edition models is even lower than for the basic vehicles– by 0.2 (diesel) and 0.3 l/100 km (petrol) respectively, representing an improvement of five percent in each case. The award winning Mercedes-Benz A-Class is now achieving even higher standards thanks to fuel saving numbers it has shown. In particular the fuel savings are of up to 26 percent, emissions as low as 98 g CO2/km, a best-in-class Cd value of 0.27 and all petrol-engine variants complying with the Euro 6 emissions standard.
This basically means that the A-Class sets new benchmarks in efficiency and in addition has a high environmental performance, which was confirmed by the inspectors at the TÜV

Mercedes-Benz has created a special video series which will be included in an advertising campaign in order to keep up with the innovative and creative benchmark set by the new A-Class model.
