A new coachbuilt Porsche Cayman S Type 981 by the professionals at Studiotorino was presents recently at the National Automobile Museum of Turin. The concept vehicle was dubbed as Moncenisio and is to be available in a limited production run of 19 units.
The name of the car is inspired by Italian motor sports and specifically by the Susa-Moncenisio race, which was the first hill-climb competition in the world. The first race took place in July 1902 and was won by Vincenzo Lancia in a Fiat 24

The tuning specialists from RUF has presented their updated 3800S program for Porsche Boxster and Cayman at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
The 3800S boosts the 3.8 liter flat-six engine to 420HP (309 kW) at 7,400RPM and 450Nm (332 lb-ft) of torque at 5,600RPM. The power is put on the road through a double-clutch gearbox and RWD.

Porsche has announced a factory tuned version of Cayman S called Black Edition. The special edition will be limited to just 500 units, which will boast extreme performance and superb specification.
