SsangYong’s new C200 model has been shown at the Seoul Motor Show in two versions and with three choices of power. The car is scheduled for production later this year and should reach the UK inside 12 months.

The Honda Civic has been re-assessed as one of Europe‘s safest cars according to the new independent crash testing results from Euro NCAP.

EuroNCAP has instituted a new assessment protocol for evaluating the degree of whiplash protection offered by passenger cars in rear-end collisions. The Volvo XC60 was one of the few models to receive the highest rating. For the first time, EuroNCAP is now conducting tests in order to rate the whiplash protection offered by cars. The new Honda Accord achieved the best combined safety rating in its class, in the latest Euro NCAP crash test results, published today.

Long before it became part of Chrysler, the original Jeep was made by a company called Willys. But at Paris this year, we saw the launch of a Jeep lookalike – made by Wallys!
WallysCar, in fact. It’s called the Izis, and it’s a plastic-panelled body-on-chassis off-roader, with a 75bhp Peugeot 1.4-litre TU3A petrol engine.
