McLaren is going to open its first two showrooms in Germany, today. McLaren Dusseldorf and McLaren Hamburg are scheduled to open their doors in time for the 2011 Formula 1™ German Grand Prix which will take place at the Nurburgring this coming weekend.

Sebastian Vettel won the 2011 Australian Grand Prix. He had huge battle with Lewis Hamilton, but he managed to create a 2.4 second lead at the end of the opening lap.
As you may suggest – Lewis Hamilton became second, who finished 22 seconds behind the winner and third is Vitaly Petrov, who was faster than Fernando Alonso with a second. The Russian took a risky move with only two pit stops, but as we can see, it was a brilliant one.

The new 2011 F1 Race Car of McLaren Mercedes was unveiled. It will be driven by Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button. The aerodynamics is slightly changed - a higher nose, a new airbox and re-designed sidepods.
The most important thing is that the the McLaren 2011 F1 Race Car is now equipped with the KERS system, just like their competitors. The system is located inside the safety cell of the car, just under its fuel tank.

Sebastian Vettel is the new F1 world champion. He has 1st crossed the finish line in Abu Dhabi and won 25 points, which ensured his top position for this season.
Vettel had even more luck, when his opponent for the title - Fernando Alonso was stuck on 7th place and won just 6 points. The main reason was Vitaly Petrov in a Renault and after the finish Alonso let his emotions as he gesticulated angrily at Russian Petrov after the chequered flag.

Sebastian Vettel won in Sunday's Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka. His teammate - Mark Webber finished second and third is Fernando Alonso.
"The last two races were a little bit difficult for us but we came here with quite some confidence," commented Sebastian.
"This track is kind of made for us.", he added.
The weekend was very bad for Lewis Hamilton, who finished in 5th position. He had more problems with the gearbox, which caused him bad performance.

McLaren F1 is a true legend. Still, after 20 years there is no faster normally aspirated production road car in the world.
